Ordering
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receipt. Should there be any delays outside of our control, we will notify you. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail's standard 2nd Class service.
Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid any delays caused by weekend transit.

Kindly note that messages sent through Instagram are not monitored, so we recommend using the above methods for inquiries.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Please be aware that if you place an order with a U.K. postcode and provide an international shipping address, your order will not be processed and no refunds will be issued.
Our Products
Due to the organic and natural nature of our products, please be aware that each item may vary. Factors such as batch and plant used can result in differences in colour, fragrance and potency from one product to another.
Product Care
Our oregano coconut oil can be in either a liquid or solid state, depending on the surrounding temperature. It is easier to handle when solid, so we recommend storing it in a cool place or refrigerating it to prevent spillage when opening.
During warmer months, we advise refrigerating your product for at least 30 minutes upon receipt to prevent any leakage.
Edibles can be refrigerated for up to a week but are best stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. The discount will be automatically applied and you will be charged the discounted amount. Unfortunately, we cannot make adjustments or apply a discount retroactively if the code is not used at checkout. No refunds will be issued for the discount amount once an order is placed.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
